Special Order Products: Special orders require a minimum 50% credit card deposit at the time of purchase. The balance of your order will be charged when we ship the furniture to you.
Open Stock Products: Stock orders for quick shipment or direct ship from the manufacturer are charged in full when your order is placed and will be shipped within 4 business days.
Payment in full is required before any product can be shipped.
We collect all applicable state sales taxes for the state of California, all applicable county sales taxes, and all applicable city sales taxes

Pacific Patio Furniture is committed to satisfied customers and realizes returns are sometimes necessary. We require immediate notification for return items. We try our best to avoid restocking fees, however, fees may be applicable in certain scenarios. Shipping and freight costs are non-refundable once product has been shipped. OUTDOOR FURNITURE SHIPPING
Your patio furniture will be shipped by common carrier - YRC Freight, UPS Freight, FedEx Freight, etc. It is shipped in the manufacturer's cartons and packing. Standard shipping includes curb side delivery only.
Curb Side Delivery
Curbside delivery service provides delivery of your item(s) to the curb at the end of your driveway. This service does not include set up or assembly of outdoor furniture items or removal of packaging materials.
- Your item will be shipped to a local delivery terminal.
- The delivery terminal will call you when your item arrives to schedule a delivery appointment.
- Deliveries are made between the hours of 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday-Friday and will be scheduled in a 4-hour window.
- Adult signature is required for all deliveries; the driver is unable to complete delivery without a signed delivery receipt.
Please note, if you live down a road or driveway that the delivery truck cannot access without causing damage to the truck we will be unable to complete delivery.
What to do when your delivery arrives
We take extra care to assure your outdoor patio furniture arrives without freight damage. Upon delivery please inspect your item(s).
You will be required to sign a Proof of Delivery receipt. Please note any damage to the item or packaging on the delivery receipt or, if refusing delivery due to damage please note refused due to damage on this receipt. Trucking companies may not be able to wait for you to open each box and inspect the contents. They will allow you to inspect contents or refuse delivery on damaged boxes. Please notify us immediately if you have freight or manufacturing damage. We will assist you with claims, repairs and/or replacements.
White Glove Delivery
In some cases, we are able to offer white-glove shipping & delivery services upon request. You can now have your patio furniture unpacked, placed in your patio or pool area and all packing materials removed. Call for details or a freight quote. Additional charges apply for white-glove services.

We will always do our best to give you up to date manufacturing and lead times based on information from our vendors. If delivery time exceeds the time quoted it is due to manufacturing and shipping delays beyond our control.
